NRF Seeking Researcher for Business Education Program
Northern Rivers Food (NRF) and Southern Cross University (SCU) are currently planning a collaborative project which will be rolled out later in the year. We are developing a series of podcasts as part of an industry resilience project for the local food & beverage industry in the Northern Rivers region of NSW.
Our “Business Bites” podcast series will cover topics that help food and beverage businesses in the region address and overcome some of the hurdles they have been experiencing and aim to help improve their business acumen over time.
This collaboration is a first for the region and will harness the strengths of both organisations, in terms of understanding the local food industry issues and challenges, access to relevant networks, industry knowledge, academic insights, industry engagement, to extend the use of facilities at Southern Cross University, to promote its work with industry and to better connect the university with local industry.
NRF is seeking an experienced Researcher / Coordinator to help deliver this project. The Researcher will work as a contractor to NRF in collaboration with SCU to deliver these monthly themed podcasts. In the first instance, we are seeking someone for a trail of three months with a view to rolling out for the whole program.
If this is of interest, please contact Anne Briggs NRF Executive Officer E: info@northernriversfood.org for more information. Applications close 10th June 2022.
