Member Stories – Mark’s Gourmet Pies

Mark Bellman was a baker for many years, operating a pie shop in Lismore before moving into the construction industry. This was until the pandemic hit in 2020 and Mark faced a long period of career uncertainty and decided to swap his tools for a spatula to bake and deliver gourmet pies to friends and family. Two Northern Rivers chefs raise over $170,000 and deliver over 200,000 meals to communities cut off by floods.

Frida's Field is a paddock-to-plate eatery set on a 120 acre farm just 10 minutes from Bangalow in the Byron Bay Hinterland.
