Founders, Mark & Marie, were vegans that struggled to give up the dream of cheese, they missed the taste, texture and indulgence and couldn’t find a plant-based alternative. But with Marie’s Michelin-star training and Mark’s entrepreneurial drive, between them, they knew they could create gourmet plant-based cheeses that the most seasoned foody would enjoy. The Dilectio adventure began.
At Dilectio they believe that life is to be lived and to be loved, without compromise. Their name says it all, Latin for love, goodwill and pleasure… that is what you will find every time you slice into one of their delicious cheeses, an outpouring of love and a great conversation starter.
