- 100 Mile TableWe kick started life at Bay Grocer, Byron Bay in January 2019. We (owners Sarah Swan and Jeremy Burn of 100 Mile Table) had our eye on the space for a while as we operated (and continue to do) our 100 Mile Table café and catering company in the Byron Bay Arts and Industry Estate. Bay Grocer is a food store/grocery with a cafe out the front. The spruce-up has featured a kitchen garden now growing tarragon, galangal, lemongrass, parsley and all manner of fun things for use down the line.Gastronomic GoodnessAmy provides consultancy within agritourism by supporting farmers, chefs and food and beverage producers. Her goal is to increase our local food footprint by activating events and opportunities to showcase regional producers. Amy holds a Master in Gastronomic Tourism and applies evidence-based theoretical frameworks to practical initiatives within industry development spheres. Her interest in regenerative farming has led her to supporting farmers to diversify on-farm activity. Amy’s passion for regional development is also reflected in her role as Regional Liaison for Sourdough Business Women (SBW) Where she supports the growth of business women’s networks in the Northern Rivers.Two Mates BrewingCraft Brewery (mirco brewery), wholesale plus onsite cellar door, sales of organic produce and merchandise.
