Catch-a-Crab is an eco-certified river adventure cruise that showcases Australian lifestyle experiences. Based at Birds Bay Oyster Farm on Birds Bay in Terranora Lakes; showcasing the diverse marine and birdlife estuarine habitat. The riverside café specialises in wild caught mudcrabs, seasonal spanner crabs & our freshly shucked Sydney rock oysters. Birds Bay oyster farm is developing a new oyster and wine bar facility on the banks of the river called “The Oyster Shed” where people can enjoy freshly shucked oysters direct from our farm paired with select wines. The Oyster Shed will also feature other locally grown and manufactured food produce.
