The Northern Rivers Food Harvest Festival is all about connecting people with real food on real farms.

The Festival provides locals and visitors with an opportunity to sample fresh and beautifully prepared food by renowned local chefs, hear how it is grown and pay homage to our much loved local food producers!

The 2020 Harvest Festival program is jam packed with events across the region from Friday 1 May to Saturday 9 May 2020.

Harvest Trail

Part of enjoying the food, is knowing the story… understanding where your food was grown, the sustainable methods used to grow or produce the food, the farmer who grew and brought the food to market or the local baker who lovingly baked the bread. We all love the back-story!

In its third year in 2020 our Harvest Food Trail offers the opportunity for a self drive foodie experience: simply jump in your car and leisurely enjoy the whole farm to plate experience!

In 2020 we have farmers and food producers stretching from the Tweed to Grafton and Casino on the weekend of Saturday 2 and Sunday 3 May 2020.

If you’re a local food business keen on participating in the Trail please contact NRF’s Executive Officer on [email protected]
