Northern Rivers Food & Tweed Tourism Co are pleased to invite the Northern Rivers food & beverage industry community and Tweed operators to our combined Spring industry event at Mavis’s Kitchen on Thursday 28th September 4pm – 6pm.

Mavis’s Kitchen are hosting our combined industry event and welcome you to their beautiful, elegant premises, nestled at the base of the majestic Wollumbin-Mt Warning. Surrounded by World Heritage rainforest and the fertile farmland of the lush Tweed Valley, it’s no wonder the focus here is all about sustainability.

Enjoy a welcome cocktail on arrival and delicious spring bites, hand selected to showcase the very best of our spring seasonal produce from the region’s fertile farmlands, riverways and ocean. We will kick off our event on the balcony of the magnificently restored former dairy farm with gorgeous panoramic sunset views. There will be time for catch ups with your industry friends then we will move inside to hear our panel discussion.

Our topic for the evening will be ‘Easy ways to build your profile & presence’. Our home-grown experts will offer their tips for success. Our MC and NRF Events Committee Chair, Sally Scott will set the scene and introduce each panel member who will share their experience & invaluable tips for success. Our panel will share PR and media insights that will help you build by business profile and presence.
